3-Day Sous-Vide Introduction in English

In order to provide proper sous-vide training to all who are interested in the sous-vide technique, CREA provided a 3-day training at our Paris headquarters in English. The training was created to accommodate chefs from different countries all across Europe who do not speak French. The training was proctored by our Chief Scientist Bruno Goussault and exposed chefs to the advantages of cooking using the sous-vide process.
