5-Day Sous-Vide Introduction
From the 18th to 22nd of November, a sous-vide training session was led by Bruno Goussault and his team of engineers at our Paris headquarters. Chefs from all regions of France attended. Trainees had the opportunity to acquire knowledge and input regarding the sous-vide technique from our Chief Scientist himself. Do not miss the next training session in January 2014!
