Kendall College Off-Site Training

From December 3rd through the 5th, our Chief Scientist Bruno Goussault held a 3-day sous-vide off-site training session at the Cuisine Solutions Sous-Vide Training Kitchen at Kendall College in Chicago, Illinois. The 3-day off-site session included chefs trainees from the greater Chicago area; including the President of PolyScience, Philip Preston and Chef Jean Joho.
