The 3rd annual Food and Drink Festival in Lublin, Poland featured our chief scientist Bruno Goussault. The festival included a training and workshop regarding sous-vide techniques. Goussault was the lecturer during the 2-day event, which was held September 13th-14th. Sous-vide was the main topic covered during this festival and who better than the “godfather” of sous-vide to educate the attendees.
