Today the Culinary Research and Education Academy debuted its latest product—www.lecrea.com—an overhauled website with capabilities for offering online sous-vide courses.
For the first time in CREA’s 41-year history, students will be able to learn the technique from sous-vide masters while in their own kitchens. Users can purchase online courses on the fundamentals of sous-vide unique to the cooking technique. They are then able to access the videos and complete courses on their own schedules.
The new website also allows users to view a schedule of upcoming off-site courses and to reserve a spot in one. And if they prefer CREA to come to them, visitors to the website can contact CREA to schedule training in their own professional kitchen.
