From December 6th through 8th, Executive Chef Olivier Dubreuil and his team of the Venetian and Palazzo Hotel attended an on-site sous-vide training session with Bruno Goussault. The 3-day course was held at the Venetian and Palazzo Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. Chef Dubreuil and his team learned hands-on the benefits of the sous-vide technique.
