5-DAY SOUS-VIDE INTRODUCTION

From September 16th to 20th, CREA held another successful 5-day off-site training session at our headquarters in France. Led by our Chief Scientist Bruno Goussault, he and his team of engineers welcomed professionals hailing from different parts of Europe. Our team provided valuable knowledge of the sous-vide cooking technique and the training was concluded with a special three-star Michelin sous-vide lunch that was held at Le Pré Catelan.
