During out 5-day off-site training in January at our kitchen in Paris, chefs gathered from all over the world. Chefs from Brazil, Portugal, Australia, Canada and France trained with our Chief Scientist Dr. Bruno Goussault for 5-days in order to learn the sous-vide cooking technique.
