Ivan is a veteran of the food & beverage industry with 15 years of culinary experience. From fine dining Michelin starred establishments to country clubs, hotels, fast casual concepts, and food halls; Ivan has extensive practice and immersion in various cuisine types and levels of dining. He has worked coast to coast from DC to Las Vegas, leading kitchens of all sizes, entertaining patrons in guest facing tasting menus, and working behind the scenes opening restaurants.
