By the end of the seminar, you’ll have experience in advanced pastry techniques, including tempering chocolate, crafting pasteurized pastry creams, and mastering glass jar sous-vide applications, along with the best practices for maintaining food safety.
This sous vide seminar will be held in Sterling, VA (CREA kitchens). Once registered, more travel instructions will be provided.
