Victoria Pazmino
Victoria handles CREA’s social media platforms as well as any equipment orders CREA can bring in through training courses and presentations. She graduated from Bridgewater College with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing with a minor in Spanish as well as a master’s degree in human resources. With her marketing and sales expertise, Victoria promotes CREA service during presentations/events CREA attends. She also oversees participants for online and in person courses. In her spare time, she loves to play soccer, go on hikes with her dog, and spend time with her family.

I knew that I wanted to do something with marketing but while in college, I discovered that I also had a love for human resources. Working at CREA has given me opportunities I didn’t think would happen so quickly and I’m grateful to be a part of this team.”
Aj Karwowski
Aj grew up in New Jersey, USA around the lushness of vegetable farms. Graduating from Rowan University with a bachelor’s degree in Art Education, AJ fell into the Food Industry by happy accident. Having worked previously in fresh and IQF vegetable operations, they have brought with them an advanced knowledge of quality standards within the industry.
Aj is currently certified in HACCP, Acidified Foods, SQF, PCQI, and ServSafe Manager. With their background in education, he is able to build education programs to facilitate a Food Safety Culture in addition to HACCP and regulatory consulting.
Robert Carkin
From a young age, Robert had a profound love of cooking and being a chef was his calling. In the seventh grade, he decided he was going to culinary school and accomplished that goal once he finished high school. After graduating the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), he worked his way around various facets of the industry.
His latest stint before joining the CREA team was in corporate catering, which had a big influence on his current role as Chef Consultant for Taffer’s Tavern. In addition to his passion for consulting, he also has a love for Research and Development. As a result, he is now studying to get his Research Chef Certificate.
