Our Sous Vide Seminars are traditionally held at our CREA Kitchen located in Northern Virginia. The course is a standardized curriculum. On the other hand, our Custom In Person Training courses are conducted in your kitchen premises where our experts come to you to provide tailored training in a more customized setting. Cost savings are available for larger groups!

Am I allowed to film and take photos in class to refer to later?

Only still photos are allowed during the class. No video or audio devices are allowed during the class. This means no iPads or other tablet devices, smartphones, cell phones, voice recorders, or cameras.
