1-Day Introduction to Sous Vide
This one-day course provides a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of sous vide cooking. Participants will explore key techniques including precise temperature control, proper probing, low-temperature applications, and safe chilling procedures. The program also emphasizes the underlying food science and safety principles essential for mastering sous vide in a professional culinary environment.
This sous vide seminar will be held in Sterling, VA (CREA kitchens). Once registered, more travel instructions will be provided.
